If you have mistakenly entered the wrong vehicle registration number, you must fill in a claim form, which can be found here: FTT Virtual Parking Machine - Claim Form.
In case of incorrectly entered time or date of parking, please fill in the complaint form available here: FTT Virtual Parking Machine - Complaint Form.
If the email address was entered correctly, payment confirmation should arrive within 10 minutes of payment. Please also check your Spam or Bulk folder.
If you still do not receive the receipt, please contact us at parking@fttech.org
In the event of a typo in the email address, we may send you the payment receipt later (see question 6).
If a non-existent email address has been entered, resending the receipt may incur a fee in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, which can be found here: FTT Virtual Parking Machine - General Terms and Conditions.
It is not possible to change the details of a parking payment that has already been made. In case of incorrect data, please use our claim form available here: FTT Virtual Parking Machine - Complaint Form.
Cancellation of parking payment is only possible in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, which can be found here: FTT Virtual Parking Machine - General Terms and Conditions. For an individual assessment, please fill in the FTT Virtual Parking Machine - Complaint Form with the reason for cancellation.
If you entered an incorrect email address when paying for parking, please contact us at parking@fttech.org. Provide the payment details (e.g., time, amount, vehicle license plate number) so we can locate the payment. In some cases, resending the receipt may be subject to a fee according to the Terms and Conditions, which you can find here: FTT Virtual Parking Machine – Terms and Conditions
